Cranberry Lake Farm

The historic Axford-Coffin farmstead at Cranberry Lake Farm serves as an important center for Oakland Township's local history and preservation activities.

The site provides a setting where residents can experience the township's agricultural past while also supporting historical programs, collections, and preservation projects.

Oakland Township Barn & Farmstead Survey

OTHS's Barn Survey team documented 62 Oakland Township farmsteads that were at least 50 years old.

The survey preserves information about the township's agricultural landscape through site plans, structural details, photographs, and histories of individual farms and properties.

A computerized presentation based on the survey is available to groups for a $75 fee.
